The Orloff mattress features an impressive 2,000 individually pocketed springs, designed to respond to the body with finely tuned accuracy. This spring system provides deep, adaptive support while maintaining a slightly firmer character — perfect for those who prefer structure without sacrificing comfort.
Surrounding the spring unit are layers of natural materials: breathable cotton, hand-teased horsetail for resilience, and pure English wool for lasting comfort and natural climate control. These layers create a calm, temperature-balanced environment, ensuring uninterrupted rest throughout the night.
The mattress is finished with two rows of traditional hand side-stitching to secure the borders, wool tufts to stabilise the fillings, and internally supported handles for ease of care.

The Orloff shares its foundation with the Koh-I-Noor, widely recognised as one of the finest divans ever created. At its heart are 20cm hourglass springs, hand-lashed in star formation — a painstaking process that allows each spring to move independently, producing unrivalled responsiveness and comfort.

The structure is further reinforced with hessian insulators and horsetail bolsters, each hand-sewn into place by master craftsmen. This meticulous construction produces a divan of extraordinary resilience and sophistication.

The frame is completed with your choice of leg finishes and may be upholstered in fashionable fabrics of your choice, sourced from the world’s leading textile houses.
