We collect the following personal data from customers and enquirers:

- Phone number
We do not collect or store payment details.
Why We Collect It
We collect personal data on the following legal bases:
- Consent: where you have given us permission to contact you or add you to our mailing list
- Contract: where it is necessary to fulfil your purchase and arrange delivery
- Legal obligation: where we are required to retain information by law

How Long We Keep It
Enquiries that do not result in a purchase are deleted after thirty days. Customers are only added to our email mailing list with their explicit consent and may unsubscribe at any time.
Third Parties
The only third party with whom we share personal data is Systeme.io, our email marketing platform. We do not share personal data with any other third parties except where required by law.
Physical Data Security
Any physical documents containing personal information are shredded on site at both of our locations. Card payment slips contain only partial card data and are handled and disposed of securely.

- Ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Ask us to delete your data
- Object to or restrict how we use your data
