This page explains how Marshall & Stewart uses artificial intelligence tools, and where it does not.
Content Creation
We use AI tools to support the creation of written content for this website. However, every piece of content begins as a direct interview with Brent Cooper, our founder. AI assists in drafting from those transcripts. Nothing is published without Brent’s personal review and approval.
AI generates no content independently. It does not determine what we say, what positions we take, or what advice we give. That comes from Brent’s forty years of experience in the industry.
Client Services
AI plays no role in our client work or service delivery. There are no chatbots, no automated recommendations and no AI-generated reports. Every client interaction is handled directly by a member of our team.
Data and Privacy
We do not input any client data, personal data or confidential business information into AI tools. The only material we use as input is interview content with Brent Cooper.
Our Position on AI
We are enthusiastic about AI where it genuinely helps us do our job better, and open to new uses as they emerge. At present, our use is limited to content support. We believe in being transparent about this, and we will update this page if our use changes.
